COMPANY OVERVIEW

INOTEC INC. is an environmental biotechnology company providing solutions
to remove metals and inorganics from water. We aim to deliver cleaner water
using faster more effective systems that represent new, more economical
concepts in water treatment.

INOTEC differentiates itself from other companies by combining patented and
proprietary technologies into site specific modular water treatment systems.
Our goals are to reduce mining and other targeted industries costs and
impact, relative to water usage and contaminated effluent discharge, in a
manner that redefines the use of reclaimed water and effluent discharge
quality. INOTEC'S revolutionary Electrobiochemical Reactor (EBR) distributes electrons to microbes in a manner that provides them with energy to more efficiently transform and remove contaminants found in waste and drinking waters. The EBR technology uses low voltage to enhance microbial growth, contaminant transformation, and control oxidation reduction potential (ORP) adjustment. This reduces the amount of nutrients required by 50%, increases microbial contaminant transformation efficiencies by 2 to 10 fold, and produces significantly lower contaminant effluents. This allows the
bioreactor footprint to be reduced by 50%. INOTEC combines patented and
proprietary technologies into modular robust water treatment systems that
produce effluents that exceed current drinking water.

Our corporate philosophy is to provide the best professional service
available at the most reasonable price. Our goal is that every contract we
enter into be a win-win situation, in which both parties feel good about
value received/provided and the professionalism of the product or service.
We always strive to provide our clients "more" than they ask for or expect
and to value our client's time and resources. All projects are treated in a
professional, cost-effective manner.
